By commissioning me, you acknowledge you have read and agreed to these terms.

Please carefully read through this! I know it's a massive wall of text but it is VERY important. Feel free to ask questions if you're unsure about something listed below.

Terms of Service

• I reserve the right to cancel or turn down a commission at any time, for any reason.
• If you gain 3 strikes, you will be blacklisted from commissioning me.


• DO NOT USE MY ART FOR AI/NFT/CRYPTO PROJECTS. Doing such will get you blacklisted.
• DO NOT CLAIM MY WORK AS YOUR OWN. Doing such will get you blacklisted.
• DO NOT REMOVE MY WATERMARK/ASK FOR ITS REMOVAL. Doing such will get you blacklisted.


• DO NOT GET ANOTHER ARTIST TO COLOR/RENDER OVER MY SKETCHES. Doing such will get you blacklisted.
• Heavily editing my art without my consent will get you 1 strike.


• Commissions should take about 1-7 days to finish, depending on many factors such as commission type.
• I will inform you as soon as possible if there are any delays.


• I will send in my final work for each phase for approval before continuing.
• I will provide updates on the work when asked.


• First payment must occur after the sketch is finished. (First payment amount can be discussed but must be over $10.)
• Full payment must occur before flat shading is finished.


• I will give you 1 week to pay. Extensions are available, though only up to 1 month is allowed.
• If you do not pay in time, your slot will be reopened, and you'll receive 1 strike.


• Full refunds are available if the art is unfinished. Partial refunds are available for all other art, on a case by case basis.


• My works are not for commercial use.
• If you want to commission me for commercial use, please let me know so we can negotiate rights/royalties and such.


• The rights to my art belong to me. If you wish to buy the rights, let me know so we can negotiate that.
• The rights to the drawn characters still belong to whoever owns them.


• You should ideally send a response to my message within 24 hours.
• If you haven't responded in over a week, I will message you again. If there is still no response, your commission will be cancelled, and you'll receive 1 strike.


• Be professional when ordering and communicating with me. you don't have to do proper capital casing but please use proper grammar and concise wording.


• Please provide clear reference photos. (Linking to a gallery is fine!)
• I will not work with you if your character doesn't have a drawn design yet.


• Revisions must be made in the sketch & flat color phases. Beyond this point, revisions will cost an extra $5.
• However, revisions for rendered pieces are completely unavailable once the rendering process begins.
• Similarly, revisions for completed and/or approved final works are completely unavailable.


• I will usually decide canvas sizing, but do let me know if you have a specific size in mind.
• Resolution for all pieces is set to 350 dpi.


• Please let me know if you do not want me to post your commission online.


• You may print the final image(s) for personal use.
• You may lightly edit my art (such as putting a filter over it.)
• You may crop the final image(s) for avatars/banners/etc.
• You may repost my art anywhere with proper credit. (Link back to my toyhou.se account.)


• Once you have approved the final image, I will send the exported PNG to you. Let me know if you want a different image file type.
